Two heart silver stud earrings in recycled 925 sterling silver. One engraved with "I love myself", the other plain. Two rings per earring: one gold-plated, one blackened. Height 15mm. ~4g. Sold as a pair.

This item was born out of thinking about self-love. Most of the time, instead of investigating what self-love really is — of course the longer and more draining process of self-reflection and self-understanding — we tend to fill this unpleasant void with yet another trinket that gives us momentary pleasure. But it is not real.

For us, self-love is about knowing and accepting yourself, recognising what makes you different from others, and embracing that. Even if that sometimes means being uncomfortable for everyone around you — and often for yourself.

Ironically, we chose to wrap this message in the form of a trinket with a familiar phrase — to underline the absurdity. This is a manifesto piece.

Wrap a strip of paper around your finger, just above the knuckle. Don’t do this too tightly, make sure the paper feels comfortable. You can also measure the base of the finger too, to make doubly sure that the ring will fit. Aim for a piece of paper that’s about 1 cm wide.
Carefully mark where the ends meet, then unfurl the paper - or if you’ve used our ring sizer, read the value on the sizer that the arrow points to, where the paper is pulled tight
Measure from mark to mark on the paper to find your circumference (mm) or take the value you already have and check your size on the chart bellow

REMEMBER: You can also use string for this measurement, but as string can be stretchy, we find paper more reliable.
